Charming, adjustable settings, remote, does it all
Some people would call this a heater, because it does give out substantial heat, but I call it the perfect electric fireplace. It was exactly as I expected (maybe a little smaller), and perfect. Moving flame plus glowing logs, no hot parts (except maybe underneath if you poked your fingers inside), no glass. The wire mesh is more realistic and keeps my cats paws out -- the fake logs are not hot anyway. Safe and charming. Flame adjustment and heat adjustment are great options in such a small item. Well worth the money!

I highly recommend this product. It definitely does not look cheap. On the contrary, it's elegant and sophisticated. It also accents the area and surrounding decoration, creating a special spot out of an otherwise ordinary or neutral space. Visitors appreciate it, often asking for specific instructions on purchasing one. Even kids are initially mesmerized by its realistic appearance, asking whether it burns to the touch; which of course it does not. The realistic impression is heightened by the distinctive mesh design through which the flame illusion is observed. The heater works very well, adequately warming several average-size contiguous offices, if product is centrally located among these. Is it worth $200? It is; not only for its quality, but particularly for what it does to a room or space. I certainly have zero regrets about cost.

Birthday Present gone Right, so far!
We haven't officially gotten this up and running yet because it was intended to be a birthday present, but I'm giving this five stars anyway because it's exactly what my father was looking for. We were just sitting around one night and he was talking about something he wanted, space heater wise, with a graphic like this has, how it looks like it's logs burning, with the sound. Someone he knows has something like this, and I wouldn't be surprised if they have the same kind! So far, we're really excited. The remote sold him on it, as did being able to have it on without a heat setting, and, most important, the internal safety feature that shuts the heater off if it gets too hot.It looks like very easy assembly. Put on the legs, plug it in, good to go. Doesn't look like there's a necessary clearance from the walls, either. Of course, the internal safety feature doesn't mean it can be left unattended, but it's still nice just in case.The space heater appearance wise looks nice and rustic, while being modern, perfect for almost any room.A majority of the reviews have been very positive, so we're hoping to get the same experience, unless something goes wrong internally, but we don't anticipate it. Will update post birthday and after some time to see it in action!
