  Returned. Didn't like appearance of the logs - wanted more distinct log look vs. 'embers'. But it put out a lot of heat and seems like good quality. The curved glass was a nice feature.

  I like your unit so far we installed it in our rv . Although we haven't really used it as it is summer it looks to be well built and was very to install .in addition we like the fire affects it provides.

  Realistic flames.

  We loved this. The flames are so realistic and the rounded frame gave it that extra attraction. However it was too small in our fireplace surround. We had to return and get a bigger one, so cannot vouch for durability. Wish this had been available larger. We'd consider getting it in the future for our sunroom re-model as a corner-unit.

  We had a direct vent fireplace. It was too costly to repair. We bought the Quebec electric fireplace. We love it. We were impressed with the packing. We set unit in place and plugged in to immediately enjoy warmth and realistic looking flame

  So far, it has been a nice addition to our living room! It looks really nice and is a good little heater. I like that it is curved, it makes it look a lot more realistic. I also love the features of being able to turn the wood flames up or down, as well as the lights. It was also really simple and easy to set up. Excited to have this for Christmas time this year to sit in front of the fire and drink hot chocolate!
