e-Flame USA offers FREE Standard Shipping (US Only) for all orders.

Tracking numbers will be provided if available.

Orders require 24 hours to fulfill and will ship the next business day. Once shipped they will arrive in 1-5 business days depending upon the selection of service. Standard (up to 5 business days), Expedited (2 business days) and Priority (1 business day). For example: If an order is placed on Friday and Priority service was selected, it would ship out on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday.

e-Flame USA promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team.

To set up a return login to your account and click on the return link. Or to set up a general return please send an email to Returns@eFlameUSA.com All returns must be set up within 30 days from the day you receive your product. To receive a refund, please make sure of the following:

  • All returned merchandise must be in un-used resalable condition

  • Must be in original packaging exactly as received.

  • Packages must be sent back at customer's expense via a traceable source. Ex: FedEx, UPS, USPS. Ship to: e-Flame USA C/O GPS 3501 Biway St., Fort Worth, Texas 76114

  • All items must be returned with a copy of the original emailed sales receipt

  • Once return received, the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded, allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
