  The Regal Electric Fireplace has been an excellent addition to our home. Not only does it have a comforting, classically elegant look, it successfully heats our living room and dining room from a single unit. We live where it consistently drops below 0-degrees at night, and I can run this heater in the evening and mornings without the need for our main heater - saving us a notable amount on our electric bill. We love it on the hardwood and tile floors! It's great having a product that the company stands behind so strongly.

  We bought this piece in the fall and used it everyday during the winter. Provides good warmth when sitting next to with good ambience for an electric fireplace. After 3 months of use the switch stopped working. We contacted E-flame and they responded promptly to our issue and sent out a replacement unit at no charge to use - which I am sitting next to and enjoying my morning cup of coffee!   I was prepared to only medium-enjoy this but it's nicer than I expected!It features a whisper-quiet operation, a strong heater, pretty 3-sided viewing thru the mesh screen and it's wrapped up in a stylish design! Love how the heat comes out thru the bottom and is perfect for warming cold feet. The on-off button is lit and easy to find in dim lighting. Screwing on the legs with a regular screwdriver was no big deal for me, a middle-aged woman.

  It's nice for small place. Actually, I wanted to cover large places, but it works only near the heater.This item is perfect w/fan. It's not what I needed. To exchange, it's too much trouble, so just use it as it is.
