LIMITED WARRANTY - This warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for 1 year from the date of purchase. Missing or initially defective parts will be replaced free of charge during the period of this limited warranty. If parts are unavailable, comparable replacement or refund will be given. The original dated sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage which has occurred during transport from the point of purchase to the consumer’s home. This warranty does not cover glass, lightbulbs, or batteries. This product is for residential use only. Any and all commercial use of this product voids all warranties, and frees the manufacturer from all liability. Read and fully understand all assembly and operating instructions, and all safety information and warnings, before use. The following will void this warranty: damage caused by tampering with, modifying, or altering the electric fireplace in any manner; damage due to incorrect assembly, improper care, misuse, or abuse; damage from being used with the wrong power source; water damage; damage caused from the electric fireplace being used outdoors; damage caused from the electric fireplace being used for excessive periods of time; damage caused by the electric fireplace being used in any commercial application; damage from use as a primary heat source; other misuse and abuse not specifically listed herein.   Looks great and keeps me warm!

  Not only does it keep my bedroom warm, it also looks very beautiful sitting in a corner by my double windows. I am very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it. It looks like a real wood burning stove and very well made.

  I bought this electric fireplace for my small living room. I love, love, love it. Flames have realistic look and I have had it on as long as home or not sleeping. Its makes my living room so comfy.

  This is a nice looking heater, and heats the room well, It looses one star for No Remote and another for the fan being just noisy enough to keep me awake at night (might be because i am a light sleeper)

  I bought one because I always wanted an electric fireplace. The first night I used it the cats lay right in front of the blower! The flames are pretty realistic looking and I added a wood smoke scented candle. I loved it so much that I bought a second one for my bedroom! When they are both on they keep my little house quite comfortable and I haven't had to turn on the central heat so far. I highly recommend this product.

  Definitely one of the best looking electric fireplaces. Very nice effect, and looks almost real. The only problem was that the thermostat on ours wouldn't go above 62 or 63 degrees, even when turned all the way up. Even though it might be a design fault (The thermostat sits right above the heating element), I think it's more likely we got a lemon since no one else is complaining about that problem.

  A beautiful addition to my family room. Looks like a real stove, but light weight and efficient. I can easily move it when I need a little additional warmth when working upstairs in my office.
