  i expected it to be a little better.

  I expected a little more for the price. It looks nice and functions well, but the door seems flimsy and after installing the legs it was wobbly, on my perfectly level hardwood flooring. The wobble was easily fixed by adding some furniture pads to the bottom of the legs.I've seen similar quality electric fireplace heaters for under a hundred dollars at my local big box club, so I expected more from this one given the price. To be fare, those at the club store were a little smaller, and only available in black.

  This electric fireplace was exactly as described and arrived incredibly quickly! This is particularly impressive since I ordered this during the Christmas season and was anticipating a delay in shipping but it arrived within 2 days! I love this heater. It looks realistic and adds charm and ambiance to the room. Gives off a good amount of heat too! You can adjust how much heat it gives off with a dial. You can also keep the heater part of it off and just use the light portion (also adjustable by a dial) for ambiance. It can look as though you have a significant amount of flames/brightness or dial it down so that it is on low and looks like burning embers... This product was a good price and I would definitely purchase from Northbay products again in the future!

  Looks even nicer than I hoped it would and gives off a good amount of heat. I like that the flames can be turned off when we just need it to keep the room warm for our pet. The top remains cool, too, so you can place items on top and not worry. The door conceals the controls for the flames and heat level. The magnet to keep the door closed in a nice feature. Good quality and highly recommended.

  Would highly recommend. This is a very nice looking product, looks even better than pictured. Arrived on time, well packaged. Took less than 10 minutes to install the legs and have this up an running. Keeps our den toast warm, and the look of the fire logs are very realistic. We placed in a corner and we love it.

  Had so far about a month. Love it. Perfect size and function for keeping my study toasty from drafty window. Love the white color. Wish had a crackling fireplace sound, but have a phone app that fills in for that. Easy to assemble and set-up.
