Missing or initially defective parts will be replaced free of charge during the period of this limited warranty. If parts are unavailable, comparable replacement or refund will be given. The heating vent is in the front which is great if you are placing it inside the wall :)

Nce modern look. The measurement is for the outside diameter. I wish i had ordered a larger one. This was inserted into a wood burning fireplace and it looks. 1000% better than the old fire hole. It puts out a bit if heat but nothing to clean up like the old wood ashes.

Received the first one promptly but the flame feature didn't work, the flames didn't move and there was only one flame. After contacting I finally was able to talk to customer service at E Flame, who promptly sent out another one. This one doesn't work either! The flame feature just doesn't work. Very disappointed because otherwise it looked good and seemed well made.update: After talking to their customer representative, we dismantled the back and discovered the flame apparatus was disengaged. Put it back and now it works beautifully! Very happy! Their customer service is extremely nice and very helpful!!
