    Awesome look! Heat comes out the bottom. No 0 none heat touches the TV. Great warmth in the room without heating the hole house. Love the logs. No negatives.

    Wanted to install this unit in a fabricated wall expansion. It could not have been easier. I am not understanding the 4 star rating. This unit is quiet and although I am not quite done, I am getting nothing but compliments on the unit. Downside: Now I have to do more work to bring the wall unit up to par with the fireplace ( stone mantle, fancy trim, ... ). This has been one of my most rewarding purchases. I think my wife like it more than the OLED TV !

    Everything was fine for about a week then we started hearing a noise. Turns out to be coming from the flame and not the fan on the blower. The flames are nice and its a nice touch in the bedroom just makes some noise. 5 Stars on the looks 2 stars on the working element. over all 3 Stars

    Display has a flaw

    We were sent the wrong product. Had to return it. They sent the correct product the next time. But there is a place in the lower right corner where the image is weird. It only happens on the orange flame, most natural looking setting. And that's the only when I want to use!

    This fireplace is honestly great in every way!! It actually exceeded our expectations! Easily put together & on the wall quickly! The heat it puts out is wonderful and doesn't cost a lot of money to use on a regular basis.
