  This came in two days and was easy for my husband to install. It looks beautiful and puts out just enough heat to take the chill away. I have a one year old who is intrigued by it, but it is not hot to the touch, which is super important. Thanks!

  We installed this product in-wall, looks very nice but puts out very little heat unless your face is right against the fireplace grill.It also came with minor damages, we had to use spray paint to fix these damages or it will show when the fireplace is on.Overall, we are happy with the product and would recommend.

  Fireplace was delivered today - on time, as scheduled.Having to take the front glass off to remove more packaging was a little bit of a hassle, but I understand that it's necessary to avoid damaging the 'logs' on the inside. I do like the option of being able to use either the logs or 'glass' beads on the inside to customize the look. The remote control was floating around inside the big box without a plastic bag or other protection, so I had to go looking for it (maybe it could be placed in a little plastic bag and taped in place so it doesn't accidentally get thrown out with the big packing box).All the functions worked fine (heat, temp settings, lighting options, etc...). All the color options for logs/flame are great, but so far, I like setting 1 (orange) the best - looks more natural, and better than I thought it would. Good to know that if I ever get bored, I can always mix it up or match the colors with the season (green and red for Christmas, maybe).Because of how deep the unit is, I think a flush, in-wall installation would look the best.
