LIMITED WARRANTY - This warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for 1 year from the date of purchase.   The product arrived exactly as described. It was a gift for my mother and she loves it. She said it is not only beautiful but works great as well. She is also able to move it easily by herself.

  Ordered this when our heater broke. I honestly was not expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. It arrived on time with no damage at all. Very easy to put together...just had to attach the legs. the top and sides stay cool to touch but this little thing has heated up our large dining/kitchen area and living room significantly. And it looks really nice. We have ours near one of our Christmas tress and it really looks amazing. Have not received an electric bill yet so not sure of the impact on that, but if there is no significant increase will definitely consider buying another.Very, very happy (I did get this on a lightning deal offer).

  We bought this electric fireplace for our daughters anniversary, from order to delivery four days, almost unheard of, she called to say it was well packed, worked great, the whole family was thrilled with it, could not have asked for more.
