This arrived the week of Thanksgiving, and it was love at first sight. Even though I know in my head that this is not a real flame, it still looks like one. I cannot get over how realistic it is. It's light and easy to move, but it looks like a real cast iron stove. Great company, too. I cannot say enough about Dura Global, which was actually the seller for this product. Great customer service, very personable and helpful. Fantastic company!I really cannot say enough good things about this fireplace. We went to a local store and checked out another brand where we could see it plugged in and working, and it looked nothing like this. It just made me love and appreciate this one even more. The video review that someone posted helped me to get an idea of how this one looks, but it looks even better in person. I love that I can adjust the flame and the temperature of the heat. I use this in my bedroom, and the low setting heats it up pretty quickly. That was one thing I noticed about the other brand we saw in a local store, the high heat is pretty hot. I like being able to adjust the temperature with the Jasper.I just love mine.

Love it, heater works great, flames look more real than I thought possible. I stare it in the same fashion I would a real fire/fireplace. When it was being delivered at some point it must have been on its side because I had to unscrew the entire top panel to make the log flush with the bottom. That took me about five minutes w a screwgun. But that is not the fault of the manufacturer.

This is a really nice!. It is well made and looks pretty much like a real wood stove. The legs screw on easily, that being the only assembly required..The controls are easy to use, with variable flame and temp. It runs quietly and heats up the room in no time.It has an authentic vibe to it for sure.

We are very pleased with our purchase. 4 star rating only because we think the controls could have been better concealed. The flame and fire bed are very realistic, it is very quiet and heats immediately.

This electric fireplace came to us quickly, was easy to get running and has fully met and exceeded our expectations!

Great purchase! Wonderfully cheesy and fun. We put it in a basement entertainment rooom and it takes the chill out of the room without heating any surfaces surrounding it. If it lasts a reasonable length of time, it will be the best item we have purchased.

I was a little disappointed, I searched for a made in the USA stove, after much research , I thought I found it in the ez flame USA model. I received it quickly , and as I was unpacking it , written plainly was the made in China logo. I had been misled. The stove seemed light compared to a Dimplex I had previously . The flame it produced seems real enough, and it put out decent heat. Time will tell if it holds up, the Dimplex I had previously gave me problems, and I was getting tired of feeding it parts. It would be nice to find a made in the USA stove that was a premium product, I would gladly pay a little more for such a product.
