This unit takes the chill out of the air in a hard-to-heat bedroom/office -- and it looks great too! Creates ambience. Compact size makes it easy to move within the room or to another room as needed. It is very quiet. The package arrived triple boxed.

It meets all my expectations. It keeps the area warm and I love how it looks. It isn't to large and it's light weight making it easy to move. The flames are very realistic. I've gotten several positive comments from friends and family.

Looks amazing and puts out plenty of heat. I would have rated 5 stars besides one small detail. When I received the unit it made a loud ticking noise. Reading other reviews I found it was the wheel that makes the flame patterns. I opened up the back of the case and found that 2 of the thin metal strips were hitting the metal cross member inside. I pinpointed these two flaps and trimmed them with scissors. No more ticking noise. and no noticeable effect on the flame pattern. Im sure it didn't come from the factory. It was probably just a byproduct of shipping. But you don't need to return it if this happens to you, I had the unit up and running in 5 minutes despite having to modify the 'flame wheel'.

I gave it to my daughter for Christmas. She lives in Florida and she loves it. The weather there has been cool weather since Christmasand she says she has really enjoyed it. It has a beautiful flame that looks authentic. It came so quickly that I could hardly believe it.

My bedroom is always the coolest room in the house, unfortunately, that makes it the coldest room in the winter. Instead of overheating the entire house just to heat my room, I thought I would try this little Aspen Electric Fireplace out. It arrived in the perfect size box and was also boxed within another box from the company. The only thing I had to do was grab a philps and install the 4 little legs. The entire cabinet stays cool to the touch with only the space where the warm air flows through getting hot. It's not likely you would even brush your leg against it when you walk past because the heater vent is set back from the front of the cabinet. There is low and high temp plus the beautiful little faux fireplace, that doesn't put off heat and can run own its own without the heater component. Overall, I'm very happy with my new little fireplace heater. It's small and does exactly what I need it to do AND it looks great in my room.

Purchasing this fireplace is one of the best things I've ever done! It looks great and works great! Everyone comments on how great it is! I really like this fireplace, five stars!

This heater puts out great heat and looks really nice. My only complaint was that it's quite small, yet I could have done a better job in evaluating the size before I bought it. All in all, we are quite pleased.

Well-packaged, assembled in minutes. This is incredibly light and smaller than I anticipated (I admit to not having looked at the dimensions very carefully). You could easily move this from one room to another.So far, so good - it does what it's supposed to and provides a nice bit of extra heat to a drafty room.

This did not put out as much heat as it claims. My oscillating tower is much stronger and effective. It is very pretty though. You have to be in its direct sightline in order to feel any heat.
