  Amazing Service!

  My fireplace came with some damage to the front door of the unit - I contacted Regal and immediately my concern was dealt with and I'm enjoying my fireplace!   Nice little heater!

  This is a nice little heater. It works great right out of the box. It is real quiet, and has replaced our fireplace as a source of heat on demand. The door is a little flimsy, but as long as we are careful it should be ok.

  Very pleased with this. It heats my area and looks very sturdy. It was super easy to set up and the controls are easy to use. The lights are bright and realistic. I am thinking of getting another one. Great buy at a great price.

  Nice but not for big rooms

  Looks very nice. Disappointed with the heat part. You need to be close to it to feel the heat. Doesn't heat our big room much.

  I received this little gem as a Christmas gift. It heats my room up nicely and the fan is fairly quiet on the heater. When I turn on the flame it is VERY noisy...cancelling any enjoyment of that feature. After reading a lot of the reviews I see than I am not the only one that has experienced this issue. Most report that after removing the back panel the issue was easily resolved. Wish me luck...I'm going to go for the fix as soon as I am back home. I'll do my best to return and update this review with either my success or ....not.
