LIMITED WARRANTY - This warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for 1 year from the date of purchase. Missing or initially defective parts will be replaced free of charge during the period of this limited warranty. If parts are unavailable, comparable replacement or refund will be given. The original dated sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage which has occurred during transport from the point of purchase to the consumer’s home. This warranty does not cover glass, lightbulbs, or batteries. This product is for residential use only. Any and all commercial use of this product voids all warranties, and frees the manufacturer from all liability. Read and fully understand all assembly and operating instructions, and all safety information and warnings, before use. The following will void this warranty: damage caused by tampering with, modifying, or altering the electric fireplace in any manner; damage due to incorrect assembly, improper care, misuse, or abuse; damage from being used with the wrong power source; water damage; damage caused from the electric fireplace being used outdoors; damage caused from the electric fireplace being used for excessive periods of time; damage caused by the electric fireplace being used in any commercial application; damage from use as a primary heat source; other misuse and abuse not specifically listed herein.   Looks great and very realistic. Loved ty hat you could control the flame and heat with a dial. But it rattles with heat on which becomes quite annoying

  I love this fireplace as it is different from all the fire places I looked atI have a gas fire place that I tried to get an insert for with not luck, everything was too big. I also couldn't take the smell of the gas burning.I have this fireplace sitting in front of my gas fire place and it looks great. It is so nice to watch the flames at night and not look into a dark fire place doing nothing. The gas only lasted about three hours burning time. I like the effect of seeing the flames on the side of the fire place. There is no glass to have to clean either..

  I work at Lowe's, so I see many styles of electric fireplaces. But we do not carry any with the charm of the Regal fireplace. It puts out lots of heat, and the flames are very realistic. The curved styling was exactly what I wanted! I definitely recommend this product.

  This is an adorable little fire place. I needed to cover a wall socket and figured I would kill two birds with one stone. I do wish it was a little wider but its a really nice item. Its plug and play all you need to do is screw on the feet.

  We just love our new 'fireplace'. The size is perfect for the space we wanted to put. The half-round shape is great. The realistic flames can be seen from the two chairs placed on either side of it instead of just being visible from the front. It is very quiet, only making the noise of, say, a ceiling fan. I appreciate that the controls are hidden too. Most having the on/off switches on the side. There are two dials. One, raises and lowers the 'flame' height and brightness. The other, raises and lowers the actual heat. Delivery was quick and assembly was easy (just snap the four feet on). We'd highly recommend this unit to any one interested in purchasing a space heater that doubles as a pretty focal point.
