  I love my beautiful Jasper stove. It's puts out a lot of heat and looks charming in the bedroom. It's a soft white and matches my off-white antique furniture beautifully. The customer service is the best I have ever encountered shopping online or in person. It just does not get any better than that. Believe me, it's one thing to promise excellent service, it's another to follow through. 5 stars!

  I absolutely love mine. It provides great heat output which will help lessen my bills this winter and it is gorgeous also! I will be purchasing another for my bedroom! Great product, fast delivery.

  We have a large fireplace and I looked into installing a wood burning stove, but the cost was very high. I wanted some heat and ambiance so I opted for an electric stove and I’m happy with the result! I have young kids and they enjoy the fire (much less of a hazard for them). The Jasper is a good size and warms our living room moderately. No crackles; just a light fan sound.
  
  Out of the box, the legs were easy to install. The log component got shifted and it took some muscle to get that squeezed back in place — it still wants to pop out. But overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

  The E-flame Jasper is one great freestanding electric fireplace. Looks realish. Heats a living room with supplemental heat nicely. Very happy. The white looks elegant. Also the Customer service is 5 star. You will be happy with your purchase.

  Was pleased with their customer satisfaction department. The first stove we received was not workingimeduately sent us a replacement free of charge. correctly call the customer satisfaction rep. who sent us a new one free of charge. Excellent service...

  Quick Assembly, Easy to Use & Arrived days ahead of schedule.

  Assembly was easy. You just need a phillips screwdriver to install the legs. It is super easy to use, you just plug into the wall. The controls are on the front of the unit, just inside the doors. The doors just pull open, I think they're on a magnet. There is an on/off switch and a dial for temp control and a dial for 'flame' control. There was a slight odor when I first turned it on, but that only lasted a couple minutes. The shipping/delivery was great, I was really impressed.
