Worth the Money!
I wrote a product review several days ago and it was not posted for whatever reason. Will try again.Very happy with this purchase. it is whisper quiet. The flame and logs look real. It has casters so it is easy to roll around without lifting but if it is necessary to lift, it is not heavy--for men at least and strong women.Company stands behind their product and it is AMERICAN made!We have been having below zero weather a number of days. Last week one night was 24 below but tonight is has warmed up to 8 below. Consequently, our electric wall heaters cannot get the temp up to a comfortable level. This heater makes up for that in the room where it is used but I will admit it is struggling to do so since the machine is not able to match the temp I selected so the heater is running continually night and day. No doubt this is giving the heater a work out. Don't believe the heater will save on electric costs with below zero temps but does help in warming the room.

Another family gethering spot
My home office only has one small outlet so it's very cold in the winter, kids don't even want to go there. Now I put this portable fireplace inside my office, my kids can read and write with me together, it's another family gathering spot for us, lots of fun and beautiful! Love it.

I like everything that is aesthetic about this electric fireplace. I love the fire. It looks real and it pleasing to look at. I like that after you set the temperature and flames setting that the red numbers disappear so it doesn't take away from the look of the fire. I like the dark wood and the size. I also like the functionality of the unit. I love that it is on rollers and easy to move from place to place. It is easy to operate and I love having a remote. The only reason I would give it 4 out of 5 stars is because I was hoping that the heat that it would produce would be a little hotter. I wanted to feel more warmth at it's highest setting.

We purchased this product to heat our daughterÕs bedroom as itÕs always the coldest in the house during winter. The thing we liked most aboutIt was how easy it is to set up! Practically pull it out of the box, plug it in, and turn it on. Before long you have nice warm air emanating from the virtual flames. The cabinet will look great in her room. The remote will allow her to operate it from her bed, which is an added bonus!

Pros: heats a 15x15 ft room in less than 10 min, (in my other 15x15 room with vaulted ceiling to similar size kitchen it took longer and never go to full temp but that was bigger than it is supposed to heat and it still warmed it up). Looks nice. Did not get hot to the touch (the vent screen got very warm but not hot enough to burn, I held my hand on it for several minutes to test that). Burning logs look very realistic. Adjustable temp up to 82 degrees and it seemed to automatically detect temp and turn on/off as needed. Can have the heater portion of it on with or without log flame effect. Easy to use.Cons: Remote (while easy to use) had a hard time reading sensor from across room, it was accurate <10 feet away. Wish it had an automatic off function if it were to get tipped over, while unlikely it could happen. Would like to have the effect of the logs only without the flame, but really that is just a preference.Overall, good product, it's easy enough to use for my 80 y.o. mother-in-law. Warmed as it was supposed to and would be safe with kids.

This shopped faster than expected. We love it. So portable and easy to move around. The ambiance it gives is what i like the most. It also puts off great warmth even from a distance. Glad we got it!!

Wonderful
It arrived promptly and was very easy to set up. I liked that I just had to pull it out of the box and plug it in. It's also beautiful and would fit well into anyone's home decor. The imitation flames and glowing logs are just all around really cool and feel authentic. I was worried they would look fake and cheesy, but that is not at all the case. The unit works well and is keeping me warm as I type this. I like the timer feature and the operation of the unit is super simple to understand. This is a really solid product and I would recommend it to other people.
