LIMITED WARRANTY - This warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for 1 year from the date of purchase. Missing or initially defective parts will be replaced free of charge during the period of this limited warranty. If parts are unavailable, comparable replacement or refund will be given. The original dated sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage which has occurred during transport from the point of purchase to the consumer’s home. This warranty does not cover glass, lightbulbs, or batteries. This product is for residential use only. Any and all commercial use of this product voids all warranties, and frees the manufacturer from all liability. Arrived quickly. Was easy to put the feet on and then it was simply plug it in. Works great and does the job in 180 square foot room.

I wanted a small, portable fireplace/heater to use in my RV until the electric fireplace in our RV was repaired. This has worked great! I have now moved it into my house and just love it. The flame is very realistic, it puts out a lot of heat and it looks great. It's lightweight and easy to move from room to room. Very happy with my purchase.

Works great so far and it looks nice too. The only improvement would be a thermostat instead of just high and low.

Wow! I love it! I am so very much happy with this purchase. the warmth it gives out for my single room apartment of 500 sq ft is ample. most of the time I have it on low and it's comfortable in the cold early morning hours. and the rising flames effect from the internal light is very charming and comforting. and low noise output, too! Very happy with item and vendor!
